Data in Finland
Customer data, databases and backups are retained and processed exclusively within the EU region across all service options. Backups are encrypted and automatically deleted after 30 days.
GDPR by Design
Privacy is built into the platform, not added afterwards. The customer defines themselves what data is stored in the system, and deletion is carried out as a hard delete that also destroys AI-generated derivatives and vector embeddings.
Data minimisation for AI
Customer data is not used by default to train AI models, and sensitive identifiers are automatically filtered out before processing. AI always acts as a support for decision-making and the user can review and correct its inferences.
Secure cloud environment
Menter Cloud provides every customer with their own dedicated virtual server — no shared resources with other customers. All data is transmitted and stored heavily encrypted.
Customer's own environment
You can utilise the EU-based AI solution offered by Menteri or integrate your organisation's own Azure AI environment into the platform and use AI via your own APIs.
